These General Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of products offered on this website by Nazarí Essences, S.L.
All purchases made at www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions and to the Spanish General Contracting Terms Act No. 7/1998, of 13th April. These sales are regulated by the Spanish Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Act No. 34/2002 (LSSICE), of 11th July.
2. PRICES AND TAXES
The prices stated on our website include Spanish Value Added Tax. The final order summary reflects the total price including tax and shipping costs.
Orders placed by residents of non-European Union countries and residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT. In these cases, having registered the shipping address associated with the user account, the program will automatically show all prices without VAT and your order total will be calculated without VAT at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Customs and other import duties are beyond our control and must be paid by the purchaser in the destination country. Please find out about customs and other duties in advance in order to ensure a correct importation of your product.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Customers may pay for their orders of www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com products using any one of the following payment methods:
Purchases will be delivered to the person at the address indicated on the order form.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer on registering with www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com.
An order will be considered delivered when the carrier hands the packet or packets to the addressee and the addressee signs the delivery note. It is the addressee’s responsibility to verify the condition of the items and indicate any defects on the delivery note.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
5.1 Return of merchandise.
In compliance with current legislation, it is our policy to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com within 14 days of its receipt.
We will accept the return of any article purchased at www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the seal unbroken.
The online store www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com will refund the purchaser within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
Before returning an item, the purchaser must contact our Customer Service Department at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item is returned because it was either defective or did not match the order placed by the customer, the company will bear the cost of returning and reshipping the article. In the case of address and other errors not attributable to www.lagrimasdelaalhambra.com, we will refund the price, but not the costs of shipping and returning the item.
5-2 Cancelling an order.
If an order is cancelled before the item has been dispatched, no charge will be made to the customer. If a cancellation is received after the item has been dispatched, both shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
